Terms of participation

1. Period

The campaign runs from 08/31/2026 to 09/30/2026. Videos published within this period count.

2. Participation

You can take part if you apply through this page, are confirmed by us, take part in the onboarding round and sign the participation contract. Products are only released after you have signed. There is no entitlement to take part.

3. Qualified videos

A video counts if it is published within the campaign period, keeps to the brand guidelines and the product briefing, is a standalone video and is submitted through your personal video page. We check every video; videos that do not meet the requirements do not count.

4. Cash reward

Per campaign month, based on the number of qualified videos:

• from 20 videos: €150
• from 40 videos: €300
• from 60 videos: €500
• from 80 videos: €750
• from 100 videos: €1000

Maximum amount over the whole campaign: €1,000 per person.

5. Commission on products sold

In addition, per campaign month, on the revenue (GMV) generated through your TikTok Shop link, not cumulative across months:

• under €500 monthly revenue: 12%
• from €500 monthly revenue: 15%

If your video runs as a shop ad (Spark Ad), you get an extra 6% commission on the sales generated through it.

The commission runs through TikTok Shop; we pay the cash reward on top of it.

6. Products and minimum number

The number of product samples depends on the number of videos you commit to in your application. It is set ONCE.

If you later deliver more videos than you promised, your bonus goes up. That does not mean more products are shipped: you work with the devices you received at the start.

The number of videos you commit to is binding. The number you enter in your application is not a declaration of intent, it is the agreed scope of work for the participation period. It counts as a separate agreement within the meaning of clause 6.2 of the cooperation agreement, which you accept when you send your application.

If you do not reach what you promised by the end of the participation period, you can still keep the devices, provided that you delivered the 4 videos for each device. Your bonus is then based on the tier you actually reached. If you stay clearly below what you promised, we can end the cooperation for the next period and refuse further products.

For every product you get, you make at least 4 videos. This is the basic condition for being allowed to keep the products, and it applies no matter what your bonus tier is. Anyone who does not reach the minimum number gets no cash bonus.

Retention of title: Until you have delivered 4 qualified videos for the product in question, that exact product remains the property of BFG Media GmbH. Once you reach 4 qualified videos for that product, it becomes your property. This applies to each product separately. If that does not happen for a product, we can demand that this product is returned or charge you for its value.

Example: with 4 products that is at least 16 videos.

7. Payout

Rewards are checked after the end of the month and then paid out. This requires a signed participation contract and compliance with these terms. For the payout we need your invoicing and tax details; for small business owners (Kleinunternehmer) we do not show VAT.

8. Other

We can end the program in case of misuse and exclude individual participants. The details are set out in the participation contract. You can end your participation at any time by writing to us; rewards you have already earned are not affected. German law applies.
